Spring Training Workshop 2010

Available Classes:

The Spring Session will be a Multi-level, Combined Suzuki & Viewpoints class; participants may be beginner, intermediate or advanced in their experience of Suzuki and/or Viewpoints. (Single classes will not be offered this session).


Easy 3-Step Application Process:

1) Decide whether you would like to pay the full tuition now, or only pay the non-refundable deposit of $100 in order to secure your slot. We also now offer a convenient payment plan, spread out over 4 bi-weekly installments. Pay full tuition by February 21 to receive a $40 discount off the regular price!

2) Submit payment through PayPal's secure servers (you do NOT need a PayPal account). PayPal accepts all major credit cards and online checks.

3) Submit your headshot (jpeg or pdf format), resume (word or pdf format), and a one-paragraph statement describing your previous training experience via email to training@siti.org, with the subject line: “Spring 2010 Training Application”. Be sure to include your name, telephone and email address contact information in the body of the email.

Who Should Apply?
Application to the Spring session is open to all experience levels: beginning, intermediate and advanced.

Class Etiquette:
We believe in the centrality of the ensemble in our methods. The rigorous vocal and physical training, as well as the shared journey and group dynamic are vital to the success of every session. To that end, we urge all students to respect their instructors’ and fellow students’ time, come to classes prepared, and be ready to fully participate.

Scholarships:
A limited number of scholarships are available for the Spring training session. Previous training with SITI Company is a prerequisite for applying for scholarship assistance. For scholarship application details, please click here.

Internships: A limited number of administrative/ training internships are offered in conjunction with our seasonal New York City studio workshop sessions. To inquire about our internship opportunities, email training@siti.org with (1) a statement of interest and goals for your internship, (2) the workshop session for which you are applying, (3) your administrative resume, and (4) your artistic resume. Due to high demand, we will only be able to respond to those applicants we want to interview. Previous training with SITI Company is a prerequisite for applying for an internship.

Acceptance Notification**: Friday, March 5, by email.

**Please note: International applicants may request early acceptance notification, in order to allow time for visa and travel arrangements; please note your request on the application email

After your application is processed and accepted, you will have an opportunity to pay the balance online or in-person on or before the first class by check or credit card. If you do not pay your tuition balance in advance, it will be due on the first day of classes, Tuesday, March 16. We accept credit cards, personal checks, traveler’s checks, or money orders. No cash, please.

If you are not selected, your deposit will be refunded in full. Should you be selected and then withdraw, your deposit is non-refundable. A $10 fee will apply to any returned check.
