Annual Benefit

Each year, SITI hosts a benefit gala as a gathering point for our New York community and the centerpiece of our yearly fundraising. Fueled by bold productions and strong martinis, the Company and our supporters celebrate another year of SITI as well as the work of our accomplished honorees.

Past Benefits

2005: The Jewish Museum and SITI Company gathered for a one-night-only performance of An Evening with Sarah Bernhardt in celebration of the exhibition Sarah Bernhardt: The Art of High Drama. The evening featured readings by Lynn Cohen, Cherry Jones, Ellen Lauren and Debra Winger with musical guest, Soprano, Lauren Flanigan. Carol Ockman and Kenneth E. Silver were the masters of ceremonies. Anne Bogart directed the evenings events. After the performance Anne Nickel Curtin hosted a reception in her townhome.

2004: Benefit at Classic Stage Company and Café Deville in conjunction with our run of Death and the Ploughman; Honoree: Friend and former Company member Jefferson Mays; Live and Silent Auction, Food, Drink, Dancing, and a musical tribute to Jefferson Mays by our very own Ellen Lauren

2003: Benefit at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in conjunction with our run of bobrauschenbergamerica; Honoree: Playwright and Company Member Charles L. Mee; Co-Chairs: Richard B. Fisher and Jeanne Donovan Fisher; Silent Auction, Food, Drink, and Dancing ‘til the wee hours

Matching Gifts

Many companies or foundations will match gifts their employees make to non-profit organizations. You can double or triple your gift to SITI Company by using your company's matching gift program.   Many of these programs also offer a matching grant for time spent volunteering with a non-profit.   If you are interested in this option, feel free to contact us at the SITI Company office.

Stock Gifts

Gifts of stock can serve as a double tax benefit, allowing the donor to deduct the full market value of the securities and avoid capital gains tax on the appreciation. Stock gifts can be made in person, through a broker or through the mail.    

In-Kind Donations

SITI Company welcomes your in-kind donations.  

We are always in need of office supplies, computers, software, cleaning supplies, and other items that help us to run our office day to day. For our annual benefit, we look for donations of food, beverages, gift bag items, and other services.
