We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic individual to work closely with the Producing Director and Executive Director as the company executes its Legacy Plan activities and prepares for its 30^th Anniversary Season in 2022. This is a unique opportunity to participate in an organizational transition over the course of 18 months, to create the systems and structures that will preserve the legacy of a significant ensemble company, and to document the process for field-wide learning. The ideal candidate will have a multitude of interests and skills related to producing and arts management.
